Is no one else weirded out that former SMW is now fighting someone that's fought both Eddie Chambers and Usyk?

Not really. a lot of former smws and LHWs have moved up to CW in recent years. He isn't exactly a small guy at the weight either at 6'4. Vlasov was in a sinilar boat a clue of years ago. Just another guy taking part in the recent/ongoing Exodus to CW.

its not listed or on each of the fighters profiles, but they both have a star next to their names which i belive indicates they have an upcoming fight, so i'm not quite sure

Vlasov is really good IMHO, he shouldn't have been draining himself all that way to SMW.

Same, he looked pretty damned good against Chakiev. (sp) He has a pretty serious series of stoppages wins at the moment at well, all at cruiser.

Honestly he's one of if not the most flattering name on Zurdo's resume. He also had Abraham but he's been travelling the kiddy pool Euro circuit for years and years now...

Oosthuizen is only a fairly narrow underdog at +165 or so...

How is a guy who wasn't known for any kind of power 30+ pounds ago even that close of a dog? What's he going to trouble his opponent with exactly?

He has a tendency to be in close and cagey fights. He definitely isn't without skill but I heard he battled alcoholism for quite some time even as recently as his last fight against Mikhalkin he was sneaking away and drinking during camp/lead up to the fight in Germany. If he's taken the move seriously and has been off the drink I expect him to give a good account of himself.

Look at the most recent pictures of him. He has a serious, and I mean serious scar over one of his eyes. He says he got it in a fight and that he doesn't know why people are saying he's inactive, because, and I quote, he's had 9 out of the ring fights in the past year. If this isn't the most clear example of a fighter self destructing while on a downward slide since Alvarado's substance abuse issues and his career tanking, well, then I don't know what to say.

Guy with likely substance abuse issues and a new stab wound to his face, who relied almost completely on his huge size advantage at 168/175 is now moving to 200 to take one one of the cagiest operators of the past 10 years at the weight.

I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised if Mcunu beats the living dog **** out of a game but completely out matched/out boxed. That scar is nasty and will more than likely open up as Mcunu is a very hard hitter...
