Yeah I saw the highlights of that one! Pretty fun. Might have to really start watching MMA soon. Nothing like good old patriotism to get you hooked into something haha

MMA has disappointed me far less on so many levels in the past few years, to be completely honest with you. Boxing is stuck in the mud in terms of actually matching up top talents like the UFC is currently doing so often... Definitely give it a chance sometime.

This facebook post below from RCC Boxing Promotions roughly translates to:
    Papin's fight against ducar moved

The Title Holder of ibf international Alexey Papin (10-0, 9 KO) will not defend his title on 10 November in yekaterinburg in a fight against the boxer from the Czech Republic Vasil Ducar (7-0-1, 6 KO) in The RCC Boxing Promotions in the academy of martial arts.

This fight will be postponed, and most likely will take place in December this year. The exact date and place of it is still discussed and will be announced later.

The Kickboxer before that was PURE ****! So I can only imagine. ****. They need to stop shoving Van Damme in worthless ****. Why hasn't he been approached with some good? He's got underrated dramatic acting chops and is still fit enough to do physically demanding stuff(although that window is rapidly closing) The Jean-Claude Van Johnson show on Amazon rules and is the best thing he's done in ages. a pity that Amazon pulled the plug on it. Black Water is the movie he did with Dolph right? Heard about it and didn't have much hope although wished it the best.

They're both okay, nothing special, I prefer the first of the two new Kickboxer films, although the one right spot in the new aside from JCVD, who's still great in the role, is Mike Tyson, who has a few decent fight scenes, but even they aren't anything special. Yeah, Black Water is with Dolph, it started out promising, and Van Damme and especially Doplh are good, and they do the best with what they have to work with, but there's no real driving force behind the film, the script is weaker than usual, it felt like a low key version of Escape Pan, which sucked goat balls.

**** it, I'm switching to Glowacki, he always seems to be able to find that next gear, just when you think he's out of there, he can dig deep and pull something out, I think he might get outboxed early, but come on strong late, and get Vlasov out of there. The fact that Vlasov got dropped hard by Chakhkiev and Sillakh, worries me deeply.

    Glowacki KO

Yeah they both do good what they're given but it's always complete ****. Amazes me that a bigger director has yet to seize the opportunity and cast Van Damme in a good role with a nice script. He's a lot more flexible role wise than he was say 20-25 years ago. Seriously check out Jean-Claude Van Johnson. It's self-deprecating greatness..... JCVD meets Austin Powers.
