I only saw a comment where a guy claimed U. Lara won clearly and was robbed badly the judges. I assume it was a decision for his opponent. Absolutely tired and sick of this ****. In 2019 i won't pick those South African fights anymore.

Tbh. I was wondering why these fights were added to begin with. Pretty low level stuff. I looked at some footage of him after going with him reflexively and immediately switched to Lara. Especially with tomorrows fights in SA these being added seems pretty pointless.

 

How do you know the guy who watched the fight wasn't affiliated with Lara...?

 

Possible but it's unlikely because he has a SA name and is living there. Makes no sense at all. Of course he could be a guy from SA who is working with Lara, no idea, but i think the possibility isn't as high as Lara was robbed. Considering Laras opponent looked like a total bum in some video footage and Lara actually has decent results vs decent opposition i doubt this was a clean win for the SA guy. ALmost every fight where a SA guy is matched with a foreigner is ending in a robbery if the foreigner is decent. I mean look at some results, a judge has it 117-109 for the foreign boxer and two other judges scoring it close to the SA guy..lmao....absolutely unreal

 

Fair enough. I haven't seen the fight, so I don't know for sure. I will say that U. Lara can run hot and cold, so a loss to a weaker opponent wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility.

I'll be sitting out next year guys. It's been a blast but 2019 will probably be too hectic for me to put the time into researching fights and getting into the groove of things. I'm an all or nothing kind of guy. I'll definitely be available for tie-breakers and may still pick fights that I hold interest in though.
