Been working out since I was in my late 20s.
There comes a time where the self righteous BS we hear has to be put a side just so you can stay in half decent shape once you get over 35 IMO:yep

I been helping myself, and I just look like a regular 30 yr old guy:thumbsup, for the last 12 years or so and as long as you cycle in and out you will be fine:thumbsup

 

And also have had two rotator cuff surgery
One bicep surgery
And L5 back surgery however I am still going strong:hey:yep:thumbsup

 

My mandible doesn't have alot of padding, it has alot of pudding...!!!

My abdomen is mainly padding though...!!!
