what general insight can you give your feelings on the Molina fight? Broners vvulnerability to the left hook?
I think there's more than 70 to 80% chance that Molina can pull the upset, Molina has a 2 inch reach advantage and a 4 inch height advantage, he has his left hook which AB obviously may have an aversion to but also his straight right which he'll be most likely shooting in a downward trajectory, and because of the height differential it'll make it easier for Molina to land to the top of his head and to the temple. Broner has little to no power at 140 he couldn't hurt Carlos Molina who was pulverized by Khan, he didn't hurt Taylor that badly and that was a perfect shot that dropped him and he got right back up from it, and Mayfield dropped Taylor with a similar flash KD so Taylor is susceptible to those. Paulie was unfazed. And Molina walked through bombs from Matthysse and Soto for 10 rounds each, Molina will be unaffected by Broner's power. Molina on the other hand legitimately hurt Matthysse for the first time in his career, and Soto pulled every trick in the book including faking like 4 or 5 low blows to avoid taking shots from John after he was able to trade shots with Matthysse which tells me Soto didn't like Molina's power. Molina hurt Lundy worse than most and stopped him, Bey obviously was hurt and stopped, and that was at 135, and evidence has shown John seems to have far more power at 140 which makes sense since John looks like he could be a JMW. So based on Broner's lack of power and chinnyness at 140 and 147 combined with Molina's ability to hurt even the most iron chinned fighter and seeming increase in power at 140. Molina has a damn good chance to win by KO, because Broner is no Mayweather and isn't that hard to hit. So John will land flush more than a few times and when he does Broner will most likely go down at least once or twice and if John hurts him he'll finish him, I think he could have finished Matthysse, but I think he was so shocked that he dropped Lucas and maybe fearing what a hurt Lucas could retaliate with he resisted.
