Bradley came close to being stopped in his last 2 fights, and Rios is a lot bigger than Chaves and much better than Vargas. It wasn't really a KO situation in the Vargas fight but Tim looked very bad. Sort of like Martinez vs Chavez Jr. Can Rios be his Cotto? Not too likely but it's a possibility.
He doesn't hit as hard as Ruslan, what evidence do you have of that. Rios had Mike badly hurt and out on his feet in the 7th of the first fight before the stoppage, far more impressive than Ruslan's 10th round stoppage of him, Chaves was on his bicycle from round 1 fouling the entire match trying to avoid Bam Bam's power, yet he went toe to toe with Thurman. Brandon hits a f*** of a lot harder than Vargas who caught Bradley with a wild short right one of Brandon's favorite punches. This is a very winnable fight for Rios.
he wont touch bradley all night. or very little. rios isnt much good, the speed will destroy him. thurman destroyed chaves though, and rios got a dq win in a closer fight.
Rios far more skilled than Ruslan and he landed at will on Bradley. Bradley has eroded badly in recent years and Rios looked great against Alvarado and decent against Chaves until Diego started fouling and doing everything in his power to keep Brandon off of him. Whereas Bradley looked below average against Vargas and Chaves. Timmeh is ripe for the picking.:deal
nono rios style isnt up for this. hes too slow, alot slower than white rocky. :deal this wont be a war. hopefully someone has a word in timmehs ear to make it easy and just box this boys ears off.
yeh he maybe faster but hes a dum fighter. he wont set up his punches or feint bradley. he will just eat the punches and lose a wide UD. He doesnt bring the same intensity as ruslan and definitely not pacman.
I have full faith that Rios will go full re**** on Tim and knock his ass out. Guerra Mongoloid. :deal
he will go full re**** again and take punches and forget how many rounds are in the fight and only try to react in the 11th or 12th round
:nonoI think Robert finally has his re****ed head screwed on straight, he seems far more motivated and focused than he usually does. Another thing to consider, even though the Alvarado he faced in the 3rd match was a methed up shell of the old Alvarado, Rios still looked far better than he has in many years, he wanted Robert to teach him defense, head movement and better footwork and even though he was against a walking corpse you could clearly see the improvements. So a diminished far more chinny Bradley vs an engaged and dedicated Rios might be a recipe for a massive upset.
Put that Blunt down Lep.. I'm a huge Bradley fan and even I'm seeing a little decline in his ability to take a punch. His chin is not as good as it used to be and his warrior mentality of hitting and getting hit gives Brandon a big chance at pulling the upset. Don't underestimate Brandon in this fight.
