    Here's the rules I came up with for the fantasy league:

    Rules:
    Each participant starts with 50 million dollars.
    Each participant MUST select at minimum one boxer per weight class.
    Participants will earn money with wins, knockouts and bonus payouts
    Participants will lose money with losses, knockout losses
    League starts out with 750 million dollars, used to pay
    a). Bonus
    b). Awards
    c). Financial loans

    Promotional Rules:
    a) Promoter can house any number of boxers, financially available (including league financial loan)
    b) Promoter can house any boxer on a protected list***
    b 1) Protected list boxers can not be traded, waived without a fee
    b 2) Promoter trading, waiving a protected boxer will pay league a 500,000 fee
    c) ***Only 2 boxers can be on the protected list at a time, per Promoter


    TRADES:
    Participants are alloted the opportunity to trade boxers, monetary compensation with other participants, pending league approval.
    a) Trades can be boxer(s) for boxer(s)
    b) Trades can be boxer(s) for monetary compensation
    c) Trades can be boxer(s), monetary compensation for boxer(s)
    d) Trades can be boxer(s) for draft pick
    e) Trades can be boxer(s), monetary compensation for boxer(s), draft picks
    f) Trades can be boxer(s), draft picks for draft picks
    g) Trades can be draft pick for monetary compensation

    Free Agency, Waived boxers, Released boxers
    Participants are alloted the opportunity to sign any free agent boxer
    a) For a fee of 5,000 per
    b) If financial means available
    Participants are alloted the opportunity to waive any of their boxers at any time.
    Waived boxers can be signed starting with the lowest ranked Participant, upwards to the highest ranked Participant, pending financial ability.
    a) Promoter waiving a fighter will receive 10,000 from the league, yet
    a 1) Promoter will lose said fighters record, unless
    a 2) Boxer has a .500 record or lower
    b) Boxer's record will transfer over to new promoter
    c) Promoter(s) can only waive FOUR boxers per calendar year
    c 1) Promoter(s) decide whether to waive or release said boxer
    If boxer is signed by a lower ranked opponent, original owner can either
    a). Re-sign boxer, resulting in a 30,000 penalty to the league
    b). Allow boxer to be signed, signer pays league 10,000 waiver fee*
    *Waiver fee is reimbursed to Participant if said boxer:
    a). Is signed for a minimum of ONE calendar month
    b) Boxer has a sanctioned fight under new promotional company
    c). Boxer is traded to another promotional company
    If boxer(s) is not signed by another Participant, original owner can re-purchase the boxer, at any time, for 25% of the original price.
    a) This is after the initial waiver draft has been complete
    b) This boxer(s) can be bought by any promoter, excluding original owner, regardless of rank for a 50% fee
    Released boxers are recognized as free agents and
    a) Can be signed by any promoter, depending on financial ability
    b) Will not incur a penalty fee to the league
    c) Record will be acquired by new promoter

    In House Promotional sanctioned match
    A promoter that has two of his boxers scheduled in a head-to-head match is allowed the following:
    a) Take the fight, and incur the win / loss on his record
    b) Place one of the boxers to his protected list.
    c) Boxers on protected list win / loss are not counted in league standings.

    Head-To-Head:
    If Participant A has a boxer fighting against Participant B boxer, either Participant MAY do a head-to-head monetary bet against his opponent.
    a) Monetary bets can be any denomination that is agreed on, within an hour window of scheduled fight
    b) Promoters can either bet against each other on wins, decision or knockout
    c) League will remove the money form both accounts and pay the winner in a 24 hour period

    Boxer Bidding & Protected List
    Any boxer that is signed by a promoter, and has not had a scheduled fight in a SIX MONTH time limit can:
    a) Be bought by a rival promoter for the maximum price + a 1,000,000 fee to the boxer's promoter, unless:
    a 1) Original owner pays a non obtainable fee to the league of 500,000
    a 2) Boxer is on the protected list
    a 3) Signing promoter does not have the financial ability to sign boxer

    Bankrupt Promotions:
    Once a Participant has lost all his money, his boxers become free agents and may be purchased by the lowest ranked Participant, escalating upwards towards the Top Ranked Participant., depending on financial ability.
    a). The boxer(s) can be signed at a 25% rate.
    b) if promoter owes league any financial compensation, league will charge a fee plus percentage (10%) to boxers' new promoter(s)
    Any remaining un signed boxers can be signed by any Participant, without a percentage, pending financial ability.
     
     
     
    PAY RATES:
    *****all boxers' ranked at time of leagues inception*****
    Champions & 1-10: 10 million per
    11-20: 7 million per
    21-30: 5 million per
    31-40: 4 million per
    41-50: 2 million per
    50-75 : 100,000 per
    76-+ : 10,000 per

    Undrafted boxers: 50% of original price
    a) Undrafted boxers are available to all promoters
    a 1) The first promoter to secure the financial means can own the boxer, regardless or rank
     
     
     
    Wins: Paid by the league
    UD: Add 500,000
    SD: Add 250,000
    MD: Add 100,000
    KO: Add 1,000,000

    Losses: Paid to the league
    UD: Lose 500,000
    SD: Lose 250,000
    MD: Lose 100,000
    KO: Lose 2,000,000

    Bonus:
    UD shutout of opponent: 250,000 ( + the standard 500,000 pay)
    KO in round ONE: 3,000,000 ( + the standard 2,000,000 pay)

    Awards:
    Every month the following will be instilled, and monetarily compensated
    a) Boxer of the month (1,000,000)
    b) Promoter of the month (2,500,000)
    c) Undefeated promoter per month (10,000,0000) per promoter
    Awards will be determined by the league

    Financial Loans
    a) Promoters can apply for financial loans with the League
    b) Promoters using financial loans MUST waive at minimum one top 20 ranked boxer
    c) Promoter using financial loans MUST pay back league within a SIX month time-limit from time loan was granted.
    d) The percentage league charges on the loan will be a flat fee of 10%
    e) Promoter using financial that wins an award will receive the full monetary compensation
    f) Promoter can use financial loans up to 2 times in ONE calendar year

    Boxing is an awesome cure, I've been down all day, I'm close friends with a guy who lives in the 10th Arrondissement in Paris, and I've been bummed all day about the attacks, and Rodriguez-Seals made me forget about it for a little bit.

    Thankfully he just emailed me a few minutes ago and told me he and his family were okay.:good

    That is awesome to hear. Ima not a religous guy at all, but my prayers were sent to those in France...!!!

    Understandable, but i can not fathom that there is a mysterious man in the clouds watching everything we do.

    Like he watches me take a dump, that makes him a Peeping Tom...!!!

    I'm a very intuitive guy and I pick up on things and feel things on a deep spiritual level, sometimes things that are inexplicable, as crazy as that sounds, there's something to it, but do I think there's some old man with a beard watching me jerkoff, probably not.
