Horrible thought. But yeah, something like must happens sometimes. Just never heard about it. I do remember hearing about b-samples getting destroyed or vanishing ;o Human errors unfortunately.
The B-sample is only tested when the A comes back positive. Of course the Nevada result is the official, but the commission can still decide to review the situation upon an independent result such as Salido's, and order another test I believe Orlando said he's open to do. But if my memories are correct, Nevada never bothered with Salido nor the was a rematch discussed, because Guerrero would've been whopped again. I'm not saying the Mexican wasn't roided, but the situation was strange, and a further test could've cleared the air.
