Mares has a much better resume. So do many many other fighters.
Broner has only one solid win.

 

I think the Ring P4P Rankings are done by just one man, Chuck Giampa. Correct me if I'm wrong. He must be one big ass Broner fan. No Mares? Viloria?

Well the General rankings are made as records, I believe. You get the winner of your pick right is counted as a victory on your "pro-boxer career" you get the method of win right it's counted as a KO in your record. The losses, meaning the bad picks(got the winner wrong) are not so important as in real life, you don't become a bum with 1 or 2 losses. Victories minus losses give you a number that will determine your ranking and "fans nickname category" (Prospect, Gatekeeper etc.) 65wins and 10 losses still put you ahead of 38 wins and 1 loss because 65-10=55 > 38-1=37

Beside the overall rankings there is the Peoples Champ, you can become it by challenge the current champ First on one Fight/Pick.

And now the new WBK(World Boxing Kings) belt who is still taking shape.
In a Title fight you got 12 rounds who are 12 picks/bouts. There is a Mandatory and a Voluntary. Mandatory is #1 ranked on points earned, 1 for picking the right winner 1 for picking the method of the win, we might score later more points for the lower probability predictions as SD/MD or Draws. The voluntary has to be in top12 overall and will be chosen by the Champion.
