In a very good win, Haye wins the domestic matchup for the unified cruiser championship by impressive second round stoppage of enzo. After a fairly even first round of feeling out.... Haye was sharp and quick landing counter right hands over enzos jab in the second.. and then finally cought enzo flush a couple times, making poor enzo do some crazy moves.... in which the ref stopped the fight after looking in enzos eyes. Very good win by Haye. Says hes moving up to clean out heavy.

In what can only be considered another fight of the year candidate, the two warrior kings battle it out again for supremecy, AGAIN showing just how equal they are. In the beginning, Marquez showed his boxing skill and ability by staying behind his jab, picking his spots nicely and staying in the center of the ring, towards the end of the fight vasquez showed his strength and determination as he relentlessly charged and mauled marquez... both were down in the fight. Great night!

Pavlik and Taylor wrote another chapter in their life when the two fought their second fight, a hard fought decision win for Pavlik... in which both fighters impressed. Taylor... with his ability to adapt, for the first time since ive been watching him, NOT go straight to the ropes when pressured, circled and boxed effectively, and mixing up power punches to both the head and body. Pavlik, was the workhorse.... with an ever flowing, steady stream of solid punches, he ground out a close (IMO) decision win. Was a good fight and props to both fighters.

In a fight that I personally found interesting, the two champions clashed, with a fight that of course is not without its controversy. JC survived a first round knockdown and at the end of the night the official rule is JC won a SD. It was JC's flurries and aggression vs Hopkins stronger punches, and defense.

In what appears to be a highly controversial decision with most, and in this case, maybe all from what ive seen, say spinks got clearly jobbed out of a victory by verno in an upset shocker. Not one person picked verno to win, and perhaps nobody was wrong.
