Just wondering.. how do the rankings work in this league? I was in 3rd before yesterday's fight, then after picking Urango I'm in 7th.
Wins to Loses ratio then comes your KO's. But this is different to any other comp instead it keeps your record like a boxer with the Top 10 P4P.
Chris Henry KO8 Vic Darchinyan KO9 Ruslan Chageav UD Alfredo Angulo KO8 Ali Funeka KO6 Sergio Martinez UD Miguel Cotto KO6 Kelly Pavlik KO9 Tomasz Adamek UD Juan Manuel Marquez UD Btw no fair as I was banned for a little while and should at least get my ranking frozen. Chris John vs. Rocky Juarez

I noticed that when I was doing the rankings There were some other people that wanted to make some last minute picks for Ngoudjo (like Motorboater) and dodged the bullet because of the rules...lucky *******s!
Someone already replied and answered it for you...but for edification. WINS to LOSS ratio SO let's say your record is 6-2 (4 KO's)...you would rank higher than someone who's 5-2 (4 KO's)... Now it get's tricky when you get **** like 6-2 (4 KO's) 5-1 (4 KO's) this is when your picks come into play...if those 4 KO's came from the most obvious picks then you might give up your ranking. Where the other guy might've chosen the upsets and was correct about them and goes up. Then sometimes you have things like 7-3 (5 KO's) 7-2 (4 KO's) This is really hard because although KO's are viewed more highly of the win to loss ratio is significantly lower than that of the record on the bottom...so although KO's are significant, it doesnt help you in this situation. Now if it were 7-2 (3 KO's) I would give it to the upper record because of the fact that their accuracy was much more on key than that of the other without the KO's... But I wouldn't look at the rankings as solid...it's all too close right now. Too early. Once we get into mid-year...the rankings will become more solid, but since everyone is sorta just really close and similar in ranking it's all too murky to really see clearly who's above who.
You actually benefited from that freeze because there a few that you didnt make choices on and it made people fall in ranking quite a bit, while saving you from dropping anywhere. And I'm not really sure what to do in your situation :think If you can get at least 6 participants to agree to having your record changed from what it is now to the previous record you had AFTER the Berto vs. Collazo fight (which was the last fight you made comments about I believe) then I'll restore to what it was then... Good deal? :think
your actually better as you are now then before You'll bounce back, it's still really early man so I'm sure after the end of this month, you'll be up there with the rest of us :good
