What an awesome night. I feel for Montiel, hope he is ok, and hope he is able to rebound with some solid wins. Montiel vs Darchinyan and Perez are not bad fights.

As for Donaire, he looked superb..... what more can one say? I hope he can maintain this momentum and not let this all fizzle, I would love and can not wait to see him vs the winner of the bantam tourny.

Its funny because before the fight started, I had a little adrenaline pump going lol.... seems like it had been a long time since I had that feeling before a fight (in reality it hadnt been that long but sometimes a short time seems like forever when it comes to boxing) and it was just nice to have a big fight in boxing and that 'feeling', and the way it ended, damn good night.

Hope Montiel is ok.

 

Its funny because my friend who I watched it with mentioned the Hatton KO.... it does have its similarities for sure.
