    Congrats to both Froch and Jr tonight.

    I enjoyed the Froch vs Johnson fight, both showed true grit and will.... Johnson just fell a bit short, Froch a little too strong, fresher, and was just his night, but old vet Johnson really made Froch work for it. Good, good scrap. Props to both of them.

    I am happy for Chavez tonight. People will cry about a robbery till they are blue in the face, I thought it was a close fight with Jr imposing his will a lot more, and landing the more telling punches, and having a lot more moments in the fight, on the other side, Zb threw and landed more punches..... I favored the work Jr was doing ever so slightly.
    I suppose I can see where someone would think Zb won, but for me Jr deserved to win it.

    Anyways, it was a decent night of fights imo, glad I was able to catch them.

    Also, if I was Jr, and his team, I would take more fights on this level. Maybe JR has reached his cieling, but hopefully, a few more fights like this and he will continue to develop. He is still making a lot of the same mistakes, and hes getting away with them because hes not fighting elite guys, but those mistakes will be the things that keep him from reaching his full potential.

    Hell, I know it might not be too profitable, but I would take an undercard fight stay busy match against Zb in a rematch, and have Jr and Roach just sit down, watch this fight, try to make a plan on how they will improve, and then rematch Zb (because it was indeed a competetive fight) and just put a stamp on this and show that they can go to the next level. It would be good expierience, he would get in another full fight, and it would give him a chance to see some real improvement. And it would kinda solidify that he is indeed the superior fighter.

    What a laugh. Love having a good laugh after a big fight. We should have a feature of "Posters (on the General Forum) say the darnest things" I swear, I think some people are taking the ****. "Johnson beat Froch" :shock: Come on. :rofl :rofl :rofl
