    Has anyone seen Pharob-Silvestre?

    It always amazes me how often world title bouts (not just any bottom-of-the-pot alphabet soup, just the Big Four) go under the radar without any mention from even the most hardcore of the hardcore, while Kimbo Slice 4-rounders get ten page threads. :?

    Ya, it's too bad. Nowadays, most of the exciting fights are happening in the lower weight classes. Concerning the Silvestre fight, I don't know why everyone was picking the Thai by KO, Silvestre is a very durable fighter, but I guess most didn't know that. Haven't watched Paipharob but I wonder if he can make some noise at 105 ...

    Haven't seen it.Literally have thousands of fights and i am on the hunt for this one.
    Apparently Silvestre won the last 3 rounds while applying massive pressure.
    Almost knocked Pharob down in the last.

    Fun fight. Paipharob seemed to get the better of Silvestre early, buzzing him a couple of times in the fight. Silvestre's pressure and power starting overwelming Paipharob towards the end.

    Ah, you know, it was close enough that I think the judges were fair enough. He won at least 4 rounds. And there were about 4 swing rounds that could have gone either way. And Silvestre took 4 himself. It was close enough, the home fighter benefited, but it wasn't a straight up robbery or obvious robbery. Probably, in a neutral territory, Silvestre, probably, gets the nod, but it was close either way. I won't bump the thread. Close fight, could have gone either way.

    ANYONE CAN JOIN TEAM LEAGUE AT ANY TIME. MEMBERS ALWAYS WELCOME AND WANTED
    - 3 members can either decide who they want in their team themselves, or I can form the teams for them.

    TEAM LEAGUE GIST
    * Team Head to Head (this is the record that counts)
    * Team Record
    * Team standing/ranking

    Sounds weird but I think it could be fun once its out there and I have a page for it and whatnot.

    The teams will be Teams of 3 (for now)

    So if anyone wants to make a team, just say youd like to make a team and hopefully people join you lol.

    Then you have to pick a team name. And an image to go with your team.


    Rankings and fights will work as follows....

    Much like the tournament, matches will take place between two teams where two of the three members are picking different fighters then two of the three members of the team they are challenging.

    Also, for featured fights, teams will automatically be matched against eachother regardless of challenges (as long as there are opposing teams, obviously)

    Team records will be the combined records of the members within the team.

    * Once a team is made, that is the team until one of the members posts that they quit the team, or if that member is inactive in the thread for more then 3 weeks. In which case the spot is open for anyone who wants in to that team.
