usually, (we havent been lately because I fell waaaaaay behind on the updates of that portion) we have wagers...

which is where your money comes in.

Say you have $100.... you can challenge someone, or just put it out there that youre looking for a match on that fight, and someone will accept it, and then its a head to head wager, if you lose you lose that money, if you win you gain it, ect, ect.

Wagering will start again with the new year in about a month and a half... we will go back to having the wager page, individual head to head records, ect, ect.

 

Hey PoliSari,

- If you answer wrong, nothing happens You dont lose anything...

- For the fights and your record, its pretty simple, right prediction = a win, if you get the way it ends (TKO, UD, or MD/SD) right, you get a KO with the win.

- The questions are completely seperate from league rankings, all the questions are is a way to keep track how people think the fight will play out, it helps show a little more how people think the fight will go down more then just a simple UD or TKO answer, getting these questions right or wrong doesnt effect your record or ranking at all.... the only thing it effects are
* Money - because if you get a question right, you win some cash to wager with
* Points - these points will only appear on the question page, and all it is is a way to show whos been able to answer the questions the most accuratly, kinda just showing whos had the most success in that little aspect of answering the questions... but they dont effect league rankings and only pertain to the question segment.

Thats an example of how the Wagers are done SS.... starting Jan 1st, when the 2012 season starts, everything will be wiped clean and we will start from scratch and the wagers will be brought back.

btw, Im always trying to think of more questions to add to the list so if you or anyone thinks of any let me know :think

 

Idea to think about : Maybe an individual world domination game would be fun instead or as well :think Something to think about. Would be a bit faster paced.

Just something to think on.

As for the Team League, Im liking Robneys idea of two divisions....

Lets say division 1 (Ill think of a name for it later on)
- Underdogs
- L.S.R
- Team Europe

Division 2
- xxx
- xxx
- xxx


I will give a 'season' of 3 months or so.... where these teams (I would preferably like to get at least two more teams so we can have two divisions of 4) duke it out to see whos the top team for the divisions, then we have a showdown between those two teams to crown the winner of the season. Maybe have two seasons a year.

Again just brainstorming, nothing concrete....
