Honestly - for an actor without serious long-term training in actual non-fictional combat sports (I'm assuming...ashamed to say, I'm a bit ignorant of the ins and outs of Herr Lundgren's personal life) Dolph didn't look so bad.

Maybe that one too, but I meant the Chavez vs Manfredo fight... Manfredo probably needs to dominate jr (wich he probably can't) to get a SD.

 

Before he became an actor he was one of the best Karateka's in the world, he also did some part time boxing... I expect he was around 50 when this exhibition bout took place.
