    Yeah, Dan won...pretty clearly, but they gave it to Aydin. Whaddya going to do? :confTwitter feed and various other boxing sites gave Dan the nod, but, eh not the judges. :conf

    :think I was fully on board the "Jo Jo got robbed in June 2010 Express".

    Aydin won legit this time, for me. :oops:

    Take away the knockdowns and it's a "could go either way" scenario with all the close rounds.

    ...and I don't really like Aydin or his style, at all. I'm just not going to reward Dan for a high volume of slaps with a fairly low rate of clean connections, no more than I'm going to reward him for being the sympathetic underdog. He fought his heart out; it just wasn't enough. Mini-Abraham was able to nick rounds by hiding in his shell and then landing a couple of hurtful bombs. :conf

    :conf There were some swing rounds that were tough to score, I could see it going to Aydin. I thought it was close for Dan, but eh, whatever. I don't care, that's just the way it goes. :conf

    In previous fights Dan got wild at time and exchanged punches with his opponents, to much desire wanting to do some damage himself and Aydin strange hooks who seem to bend in such way that they hit behind of the head when his opponent tries to close and neutralize his power. That must be the reason that he got caught in the first round. Aydin got power undeniable but Dan got a great chin and spirit. In the 11th Dan thought he needs the last two round big to make sure he got a decision or he needs to knock him out. Dan was all out got wild and careless due to his desire to win. He had Aydin on ***** street before he got caught by that power punch.

    - 3 members can either decide who they want in their team themselves, or I can form the teams for them.

    NOTE - I suggest not letting the team to alter your personal picks too much. Pick you who think will genuinly win, dont alter your pick to match your teamates, since it only requires 2 out of 3 to qualify for a fight, it doesnt matter if you disagree with your other two teamates or not. Remember, your picks for Team League will also go towards your individual record as well.

    TEAM LEAGUE GIST
    The teams will be Teams of 3 (for now)

    So if anyone wants to make a team, just say youd like to make a team and hopefully people join you lol.

    Then you have to pick a team name. And an image to go with your team.

    Much like the tournament, matches will take place between two teams where two of the three members are picking different fighters then two of the three members of the team they are challenging.

    Well in the first fight he can't protect himself from elbows and hits behind the head if the referee didn't do his job. Some criticized the Italian referee but I say he even if he had his bad's he still was two classes over the British referee who was for example he was still saying something to Dan when Aydin was hitting on the break.

    Wow glad i changed in time. Id like to see Dan get another good fight.Maybe against Breidis Prescott? Aydin should go on to fight Brook or someone like that...hard to imagine him beating a top 10 welter... always sad to see a countryman beat, sorry beastside.
