I have to watch the whole thing over again (missed a couple of rounds live watching it at work on a sluggish internet connection).

It may have been anywhere between another screwjob for Corley or a case of "the right guy won, by horribly wrong margins".

No way it was 119-109 or even 117-111 as the judges had.

I actually like Brian a great deal and would be thrilled to see him produce a good show and not get dumped on his butt in the process. It's just hard for me to see him doing anything but run like the wind against Giovani, though. He's run from far lesser monsters.

 

What's up fellas, just now getting back in from New York. Needless to say that fight atmosphere was awesome. The tribute to Smokin' Joe was a awesome addition I was glad I got to be live for.

My picks this last week were pretty good which I'm happy about.

Oh and here's the vid from my quick interview with Eli Seckbach. I know he can say some off the wall ****, but in person he was honestly a good guy. I heard his voice and turned around and asked if it was him, he immediately shook my hand we talked boxing. I ran into him 2 more times after this vid, and each time we talked, and at the end of the night came up to me to give me a congratulatory fist pump for calling the fight right haha.

Oh I ran into fat Dan too, and said what's up, be he literally ignored me and keep huffing and puffing up the stairs toward the post fight interview.
