If Kirkland can get back into shape this fight has 'war' written all over it. Whilst I'd favour Williams based on his awkward style, work rate and underated hand speed. He does have a tendancy to leave himself open at the worst possible times, which should make this match up very interesting. Who you got?
Quite honestly, I think Kirkland's defense is worse than Paul's and he tends to follow his opponents around. Williams gives Kirkland a very one-sided whooping IMO and wins it by wide UD.
Not only is Kirkland's defense shite, but he also leaves pauses and leans his head straight back slightly when he ctaches a solid blow. WTF?:? This little habit of his, as minor as it is would get him decimated against a guy wh throws 10-punch combinations. Anh he is not fast enough to catch and hurt Williams.
Williams never lost to a fighter that stands right in front of him in which case that's Kirkland style. I see Williams beat up Kirkland badly.
Paul whips his ass! I dunno what the hell the facination with Kirkland is... he was exciting, but never showed anything to suggest he was a special talent. Woulda been a good fight, but Williams owns him.
