I think CHEF would know best. My guess is that since they are brothers, almost the same weight and height, and both in very good shape, that it's close. Whoever is in better shape probably doesn't have a very big lead. Wladimir is 5-years younger though, so that has to help.
Put them both on a rowing machine with heart monitors. You can find out in minutes. Nevertheless, Wlad is younger but Vitali is 'harder'.
Not necessarily and not so fast. There's both strength and endurance on the rower. But I bet they could pull close to 1000 watts at max burst, if not more, which is scary.
Yes, that is exactly what I meant, good you got it the 1st time :good I hope you'll enjoy the bashing Adamek will receive at the hands of Vitali :hi:
Have you noticed that most of the table tennis players are very small and short reach? :smoke His size would be a bigger factor in "normal" tennis.
@ those talking about who is in better shape depends what guys consider "shape" Cardio.... the same Muscle - Wlad Punching Strength - Wlad slightly IMO hand and foot Speed - Wlad Chin - Vitali Mental strength - Vitali slightly IMO
