Klit fans should the Charr fight had been stopped?

The fight shouldnt have even started, Charr was a dreadful opponent but his corner shouldve had the opportunity to work on the cut.

Its a HW title fight & a challenger deserves a chance, no matter how slim.

I write: Charr had his best moments after he was cut. So nothing wrong to give him 1 or 2 rounds more.

What would happen in this 2 rounds i do not know.

But I know that the stoppage Lewis vs. Vitali was a legal TKO for Lewis.

Vitali has the chance, he get 3 more rounds after he was cut. Vitali was cut in round 3!

Charr not. And they should give him 1 or 2 rounds. Before a worldchampionship fight is stopped, the cutman should work on a cut. If he can stop the blood, the fight can continue for some rounds.

 

When the ref & the Doctor are on K2s payroll what do you expect? :-(

If the roles were reversed you can guarantee Vitali wouldnt get stopped in the same situation

 

The doctor should've let the fight go on for another round or two. BUT, it wasn't like Charr was doing anything serious and showing he was anything more than a punching bag so a stoppage could be justified.

Sorry Shaunster but you and others on here have told us for years when you shred someones face up and the fight is stopped that is Legit. Also, Vitali is free to retire and not rematch Charr. Charr was facing the oldest, most uninterested and almost fattest version of Vitali. Charr had his chance and could not win.

Charrr is German. German's can't win events. I stand corrected, I don't know what came over me.

It's a shame though, Charrr putting in a convincing EVT winning performance only to be denied the accolades because of the sins of his predecessors.

Who'd want to see a rematch of that heap of ****? No one wanted to see the fight in the first place. I thought this thread was about the quality of the stoppage, not about seeing a rematch. You got yourself confused again?

 

He's not German, he's from Lebanon & of Syrian descent. He had his chance against the oldest, slowest, most uniterested version of Vitali & he was still beaten from pillar to post, losing every second of every round.

The knockdown was legit & if Charr's plan to wear Vitali's fists out with his face he had a very sad plan.

 

Damn right he couldn't, he could've outlanded Vitali 3-1 and still lost the fight.
