Yeah, because everyone likes an inactive champion. Sure, he should've screwed the fans that already bought tix for the event as well as RTL and HBO.

Povetkin pulled out, Wlad made the best out of the situation as he couldn't get Valuev.

Wlad just needs better competition. He needs Povetkin, Haye, Valuev and the few other decent HW's. Recycling trash fighters like Rahman is useless.

Wlad makes every fighter he faces look like trash. Even Max Kellerman alluded to how Wlad is just so much better than the competition outside of his brother. Haye and Povetkin, are smaller men by far than the huge Rahman whose reach is incredible. Both those little guys are going to be hurt badly by Wlad and crucified if they are stupid enough to face Vitali.

jab and hold, jab twice and hold, jab and right hand, one hook per round . no upper cuts, one jab and hold.
It doesn't matter WHO the opponent is!

I agree, Wlad is much better then the comp but at least these other guys have something to offer in a fight. Speed, power, height, strength. They're the only ones in the division that have anything.

throw that hopkins v wright fight in the bin now.

its obviously because wlad himself knows he is chinny and does not leave himself open throwing the obvious uppercuts that were on offer all night.

    Yes it was
the man starts reminding me of Ottke fights, every time i was watching Ottke it made me sick, i could not watch it until end.
Saying this it was pleasure to watch Wlad under Sdunek, he was proper killing machine

:happy:good:happyYeah Wlad is supposed to do something stupid and abandon what he and Manny have worked on for years to shut down opponents offense so that Wlad can get a K.O. in round three instead of round 6?
Prime Ali and Roy Jones Jr. bragged for years about how pretty they were because they never got hit and how speed and boxing ability is everything. These dudes were worshipped by American fans. Wlad puts on a boxing clinic and he is boring. Total hypocracy and double standard. I enjoyed Wlad's masterclass display of boxing tonight and he seems to be just entering his prime years.

I'm, sick of so-called "boxing fans" claiming that The Klitschkos are the reason boxing is dying. First off, boxing isn't dying, it's HUGE around the world. Second, the Klitschkos are great for boxing, great fighters, who come to fight, and win. What is so wrong about that? I say this being an American, to boot.

Get over your irrational hatred of the Eastern European champions and enjoy them for what they are - winners.
