K2 And the klitchko's are notoriously bad to deal with, dictating every minor detail, power hungry disgraces. wlad wont fight in along time if he doesnt realise he isnt the man in the division anymore. At 40 he either needs to drink from the fountain of youth or take one more last hurrah fight like hopkins and retire.

He's got to that age now, where his reputation as a warrior willing to fight anyone is no longer relevant.

Same thing happened with Pacquiao who won't fight Crawford, Cotto who wouldn't fight Golovkin, even Froch got a big picky toward the back end.

It looks like the opposite to me.
He DOES realize he's not the man in the division any more, that's why he's trying to find himself the easiest title option available, just like all the others do.

yes he wants the fights, klitchko is actually 10x the man haye will ever be, fighting twice as much and 4years older. im being a bit harsh on wladdy, but k2 can be a basturd to deal with so i hope they arent blocking potentially career topping fightings for old steel hammer.

Fury really screwed up Wlad. Messed with his head, destroyed his belt collection and scattered it all over the place.

I don't think you're being too harsh though.
Wlad and K2 had a dictatorship for too long.
I think old habits die hard for them, but certainly in terms of clout AND fighting ability they know it's not like it used to be.

In a way though it seems unfair that Wlad lost 3 or 4 belts last year when Fury beat him, and was locked in for the rematch ... but he'll be lucky to get a shot at 1 belt now !

Klitchko is all about order .fury is chaos he scattered vlads belts all over .Looks like vlad is going to pick one up from Brown and take it back to Germany and defend it against nobodys the Germans won't mind they can pretend he is back and nothing has changed.he will hold the belt hostage milking it .won't be much fun.

Lets be fair Price is probably more dangerous than Klitschko these days for Joshua. Tyson Fury has Klitschko soul proudly displayed on top of his chemical toilet in his caravan

Give them a chance to redeem himself before you write him off

Wlad must take this fight, it´s the only fight to be made. Everything else just undermines the sport. 2016 has been a horrible year for boxing. If he won´t he should just retire because he will just turn himself into some sideshow in germany.

And I´ve been a Wlad fan for a long time. This is just sad as hell.

I'm still in denial about the fight not being sanctioned, to be honest. The WBA is still tinkering around with their decision (at the time of this post).
