Tyson would KO a 2000 version of Wlad. The 2009 version of Wlad would systematically try to hold and lean on Tyson until he is gassed, then take him apart from the outside. Of course, Tyson could land some big combo in the first couple of rounds as Wlad is unable to grab him but if Tyson fails he's toast in the later rounds.

Lewis, Ali, Louis all had good close fights with fighters that were not that good, so why are the Klits getting so much ****?.

In general the klit bros arent overrated. they do have a handful of blind ass fans that think they are amoung the greatest heavies of all time. They are the best fighters in a bad era. some just need to take that for what its worth. this maybe the worst era of heavyweight boxing EVER, even moreso then the early 80's.

Best thing about Klit nuthuggers is that for the most part they dont post that often. They normally show up about a week before a Klit fight and then go away about a week or so after, except for Farmanimal, who has like 100,000 posts about nothing.:patsch

    Agreed.

Spot on. Lennox defeated (a past-prime) Tyson, but showed how to deal with this type of fighter. Wlad has almost the skills of Lennox, and would do the same. Lennox would beat both (Tyson and Wlad) 8 out of 10 fights (prime for prime).

Because once fighters retire us fans tend to remember only their best moments, not so much their mediocre fights. It's human nature. Just my opinion.

But would he look as dominant against Ruiz, Toney, Maskaev, Rahman or even Valuev or Golota as he did against Danny Williams, Kirk Johnson and Chris Arreola?

No. And much more people would realize, that their superiority is build on beating bums which makes them look stronger than they are. Dumb fans eat this. Thats' it.

I have to agree. The Klits are dominating in the weakest heavyweigh era ever. If you look good, your opponent has something to say about it. Vitail did not look so good anymore against past prime LL. The other competition he fought was not ATG worthy. Vitali is a decent heavyweight who is very consistent but LL, Holy, Holmes rank above him.

    Take an example:

    1. Mayweather looks unbeatable against Baldomir
    2. Mayweather looks very beatable against castillo.

See the difference: I hope some of you ignorant folks finally understand this.

    Peter beat Toney twice.
Kirk Johnson knocked out Maskaev in 4.
    Ruiz, Golota, Rahman, Valuev, seriously?

And how did Peter look against Toney? How do you think Peter would look against Danny Williams?
Maskaev knocked Vitali out in amateurs in 2.
Yep, seriously. I think Danny Williams and Chris Arreola are not serious.

Again the next lie, this time from germany, how Maskaev "knocked Vitali out" in the amateurs. Well, truth means nothing to you anyways, so why bother.

I agree with you to a certin point, while I agree that the heavyweight division is the worst its ever been and the Klitschkos are a bit overrated you should think about this. If they were not around, the bums they are beating would be running the division.

No he didn't. He won a TKO as Vitali's trainer threw the towel because of an injured arm.

You can't knock Vit for dominating a guy he was suppose to dominate. He does his job against the opposition that is available at the moment. It's a shame we couldn't see Vit and Wald in a stronger HW era, but they are doing a good job to say the least. Vit especially with how he perfroms. Wald is more defensive minded but both are technically solid. They'd do well in any era....would they be the best? I don't think so...Vit potentially b/c of his demeanor as one who will go for the kill and his chin is good. You are all the way on the other side of the spectrum with your view on the Klits. Are they ATG's not yet...are they hall of fame fighters? Without question.
