I'd imagine that Chisora is going to be running his mouth triple-time now, he'll be very worried he won't get the chance when Wladimir is fit to return again.

He's already said that - he believes Wlad or Vitali HAVE to fight him at some point. He really is a muppet to keep pushing it. He's been very lucky getting out.

You know when i was looking at Chisora's best case scenario it was clear that giving it a real good shot, maybe land a couple on the big guys chin and his corner pulling him out to fight another day when Wlad gets his jab and distance game in order and controls the fight. This way Dels reputation and health are kept in tact and his stature in the division as World Title Challenger even grows.

Then this happens... i was wrong THIS is the best thing for Del.

Because the above was the best case scenario, the worst case doesnt bear thinking about. Dels admitted the cash on offer was shite so he not lost a load there, his 0's in tact plus with the funny **** Del talks he'll claim a Klitschko ducked him!- handy when selling future tickets. He's kind of ensured he's 1st reserve to Wlad anyway. Good job not needed to be done Del Boy!! You know it makes sense.. sorry

    Good post, Jdawg.

The only negative for Chisora is gonna be how this effects him mentally, in terms of his motivation for future fights. He would've had to go to a special place psychologically, in order to prepar to go up against someone as formidable as Wladimir. Other then that it's a blessing.

    It's a shame for Chisora.

Hopefully he gets back into action PDQ.

Will team Chisora get any money for the months of work they have done?

    Apparently not.

There's been no weigh in therefore no money will be paid.

Chisora was on 5Live this morning talking about it. He mentioned getting a lawyer to look into the contract and see if he can recoup some money.

I know he's not getting alot in world title terms but Boxing Monthly mentioned that Chisora would be getting something in the region of 200k

Missing out on that kind of money is going to hurt anyone apart from the super rich.

I read some article today that mentioned he'd be paid 200k GBP to cover his and his teams expenses. If true then that's a lot but better than nothing I guess.

Chisora will have insurance for any cancellation if he's smart. But he isn't. Maybe Warren will have put some aside for him.

I knew it was a mistake putting Klit in with Lee for sparring. Clearly Lee has roughed him up and he is in no condition to face Chisora....

Seriously its a shame this fight won't go ahead for Chisora as he really had nothing to loose. He may never get a chance like that again.
