It pretty much just dictates the upper limit of the muscle mass you can achieve naturally. And some other overall health and well being factors. Also for naturals your fat intake is very important for your hormone levels. Around 0.4 grams per lb of bodyweight is seen as optimal. If you drop below this for a prolonged period your test levels will drop. Insuline sensitivity is also a factor but this is very rare.
Interesting stuff man, thanks for the info, I've actually been meaning to have my levels tested just to know if everything is OK whenever I get a checkup again. For some reason they test cholesterol, protein , heart function, liver function all sorts but testosterone isn't included in the default test battery. Should actually be included I suppose but there you go.
Depending on your location you should be able to ask your local doctor to get it tested. If they do not you can always complain about low motivation, low energy, low libido things like that and they will usually test it. Make sure they do the general testosterone and the total free testosterone .... you should get a 2 digit and a 3 digit number that way.
Cool man I'll make sure to do that. Ta. Also wondering can testosterone levels effect weight loss or is that just indirectly as a result of potentially higher muscle mass in said person? Apparently some boxers lose weight at different rates, to what can this be attributed to?
So Povetkins conditioning was hopeless, was breathing like a horse from the second round on. Atrocious, he didn't even have legs to stand on, Wlad would just touch him and he would fall down like a sack of potatoes. Maybe he should lose the flab and get serious. Of course he doesn't really have any boxing skills worth mentioning either. What a bum.
