    well said.

    altought tyson was pretty much shot when he fought lewis his mistake was coming in 15 pounds past his prime weight. tyson's only chance was speed and he lost that with the extra weight.

    adamek's only chance is speed and coming in heavy would be a bad decision.

    That's what he's coming to the ring with I believe. He focused a little more than usual on strength training but still wanted to keep his speed. 220 is my estimate, give or take 1 up or down (more likely down to 219).
