money in an escrow account after a certain date or contracts signed is totally normal. Boente is NOT asking for anything special there

.... reason is money must be in escrow account before the contracts and plan go into full swing so that IF the money is not there, there is still time to go to next highest bid and make contracts and fight plans

It so appears that Povetkin will be juiced up. Wach was juiced up, also had the stuffing taken out of his glove, Vitali caught that. Vlad still beat the Hell out of Wach.
