    If that is true he should not have been allowed to participate in the purse bid, as it's an obvious conflict of interest

    I can't even imagine in what kind of a legal field it would be acceptable that a sanctioning body takes part in the bidding process.

    Good post farmy id be mightily alerted if in klitschkos shoes, and fortunately they are. Skillwise Povetkin imo doesnt have it to beat Wlad, by normal means that is.

    Povetkin is originally from a region of Russia that borders Ukraine, and my best friend, who is Ukrainian, has not shut up about it since it was first mooted... years ago. I'd love to be a Russian boxing fan, this will probably be the biggest fight the wrong side of the Iron Curtain ever

    Imagine if in the negotiations with Floyd, Pacquiao had of said 'Im only going to do testing by the Philipines Anti-Doping Agency'.

    Only difference here is Povetkin and his team really want to make this fight and not let it pass like Floyd did.

    K2 are experiencing what its like to be on the end of all the demands they are so used to dishing out and they dont like it. The ball is in Hunrov's court. He earnt it. If k2 dont like it they'll walk , which it looks like they are goin doing. If they are so confidant in beating Povektin like the fans are, they should have zero issues to go in and get the job done like true champions. After 4 pathetic fights as unified champ there is no excuse for this bull****.

    Pütz? Of course he is not. BDB does sample collection for some scrummy fights but we're talking about NADA here. Pütz has nothing to do with them except when contracting them to do testing (= sample collection). Thas is the same function that for example the "Deutsche Leichtatletik Verbund" has as regards testing of athletes.

    No matter how you look at this. This is a major duck by Wlad. No excuses at all. K2 lost and now the fight wont happen. The nuthuggers can save WLad this time..

    Does "no matter what" include such scenarios as the fight actually taking place and Klitschko actually winning as well? It would still stay a duck in your mind? :lol:
