Hes the only fighter to stop Huck. Povetkin couldnt stop Huck amd nearly got stopped himself. Wlad had to hold and lean for dear life against Povetkin!

You know what, there are some parallels between Fury and Ali. As a contenderrising throughthe rankings Ali got dropped heavily by a couple of sub 200lb fighters, Cooper was only 185lb! Both talked a lot, Ali got his chance against someone who was seen as almost unbeatable and was a big underdog.

He was a cruiser knocking out a cruiser. Huck got hit by a legit heavy and took it.

Povetkin must be over rated.

 

Well, no, that was a bad night @ the office during a bad time in Povetkin's career, is more like it.

Plus, at either weight, Huck actually has a great chin. He was broken down by Cunningham's skill as much as by raw power in their contest @ Cruiser.

 

Fact is someone whos feather fisted does not stop someone who has a great chin!

Its pathetic the rubbish people write to downplay Fury. Cunningham is not feather fisted and has proven to be stronger at heavy than cruiser. He takes better shots, the respective Adamek fights show that. Hes punching harder. Maybe Cunningham was weakening himself at cruiser. Hes still ripped to shreds now at 210lb. If Arreola, Stiverne, Povetkin, Pulev etc got down to Cunninghams BMI they wouldprobably be lighter than him.

 

Cunningham has ZERO KO's at Heavyweight. Not a single one. He is feather fisted and so is Tyson Fury.

 

Very true mate. Cunningham is what a smaller heavyweight should look like. Ripped and shredded and he's almost 40. Then you look at povetkin, stiverne, ruiz, arreola, Perez. Makes you sick.

 

Again, the only man to stop Huck ck and Hick fought Povetkin!

If he had power he would have at least 1 TKO or KO. He doesn't. In fact other than Fury he hasn't come close to stopping anyone :rofl

 

He did retire visinia, what happened there? I didn't watch that fight.

 

If wlad can beat fury and Wilder he's pretty much cleaned up.

Only other meaningful fight would be perez if he beats Povetkin.

The guy might not be able to win mythical fights against guys of the past and he night have only been successful due to Vitali injuring his shoulder, but given his circumstances he has had a tremendous career.

 

So! Is clumsy fury Stepping up? Or What.....
