i heard the commentator saying vlad was making a comeback (or at least fighting again soon). so i looked it up...... Wladimir Klitschko vs Dereck Chisora for the; ~ IBF heavyweight title ~ ~ WBO heavyweight title ~ ~ International Boxing Organization heavyweight title ~ on. 11-12-2010 at. SAP-Arena, Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Dereck Chisoras record....14 wins, no loss, 9 by ko. if dereck drops out......how about alex as a replacement?
14-0... Fighting for the H/W Championship... Well Kel, I dont think there is much difference between an RSL title or the H/W Crown anymore.
3 things you bank on these days: Sun coming up every day, taxes & either Klitschko brother dismantling their opponents barely if ever losing a round.
I was screaming all fight "Throw the Right Hand Shannon" and he finally did in round 11 and it Rocked Vitali!... He proved to me he had a much better chance then people thought, He Had the Stamina No one thought he Had, He Had the Chin We Thought He Didnt have anymore..But he would not pull the Trigger. He he fought back he had a very good chance, Vitali looked to be gassing out after 4 rounds. But Shannon just did not do anything.
Plaudits for courage, durability and fitness. But bottom line is, it was hard to award Briggs a single round. Hopefully after Haye is finished with Audley he'll step up and have a crack. Hard to say if he'll manage better than Briggs did. But he'll be more on the offensive, and won't die wondering like Briggs appeared to.
Speed kills and Haye has plenty of it. The division is at an all time low right now. Holyfield is still a viable contender FFS.
Its at an all time low but there is no denying the Klit brothers would do well in any era. Vitali will comfortably beat Haye
Only through their freakish size rather than skills. Wladimir getting stomped by Lamon Brewster and Corrie Sanders makes me think he might have a little trouble in the 1960s and 70s...
