Klitschko-Chambers Round by Round

Round 10

Chambers desperately trying to hook to the chin or chest of Wlad but falling short (although the bottom of his glove does tap Wlad's pec a few times). Klitschko is still throwing hard jabs at Chambers' gloves, but slowing down just a bit. Chambers, for his part, tries to jab under Klitschko's arms but is mostly playing keepaway.


Round 11

Chambers is trying to lose on the cards now. Klitschko picking the pace back up a little bit but not really opening up to the point that Chambers would have any countering opportunities.


Round 12

Chambers using the full ring, protecting his head. Klitschko has a burst of energy, perhaps spurred by a nasty argument with Steward in the corner. Klitschko backs Eddie up with a right hand, then pins him on the ropes with a flurry of hooks. Wlad slaps Eddie' gloves from his face with a hook and Eddie wisely jumps backward to avoid a follow-up right.

Chambers grabs and pushes off, and tries to evade for the last thirty seconds. Klitschko walks him into a corner and then lands a nasty hook through Eddie's upheld hands, sending him tumbling into the turnbuckle, and catches him with a short uppercut for good measure on the way down. Eddie folds over the bottom rope and lays limp for the better part of two minutes.

What a monster.

JUST WANT TO SAY HE LASTED 12 rounds WITH KLITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Again, all you haters blame Wlad for the other guy not trying to win the fight.

Everyone has fought him the same way.. cover up and hope for one haymaker counter.

He opens up early, he could get caught like Sanders did to him.
