This is a horrible mismatch. If Chisora lasts more than 3 rounds Wlad loses any remaining credibility.
Ok I'll bite...You're insane...Wlad is so much better than Chisora it will look like Derek is trying to play the wrong sport...It will be brutal and they should reserve him a bed next to Briggs cuz it will be a one sided beatdown.
Chisora wont show up. he will fake a back injury or come up with some other excuse why he wont fight at the end of the day. therefore Wlad wins by walkover In case he surprisingly dares to show up at all Wlad will totally smash him for 8-10 rounds until Chisora either quits or gets brutally KTFO to crown the textbook beating he´ll receive.
Delboy can, and I think will beat Wlad. He'll use his superior and lightning fast head movement to duck, bob and weave inside Wlads lacklustre jab. Firing off quick combos through Wlads porous defence to the head and body. He'll keep this gameplan up for 6-7 rounds until it forces Wlad to open up and become more aggresive, Derek will essentially reverse Wlads age and take him back to 10 years ago where he was most vunerable. When this happens its only a matter of time before Chisoras Frazier-esque left hook lands. Wlad is about to be beaten by UKs No.2 HW.
You are only saying that because you know full well it is not Wlad's style to go and blast Chisora out there. It's not the number of rounds, what's important is that he looks impressive and dominant and ultimately gets the stoppage at some point. Chisora is pretty tough. He's also more skilled than given credit for, quicker than given credit for, stronger than given credit for and he'll actually move his head. Of course it's a mismatch, but there of plenty of fighters (Haye and Povetkin to name two) who didn't want this opportunity. Chisora did. Credit to him, I hope he performs well and doesn't take a horrible beating because I wouldn't want to see this right ruin him, I hope he learns from it, comes out of it healthy and he can come again on the title front at some point. That said, Chisora has earned a title shot more than Briggs did. On top form he'd probably beat some of the guys Vitali has been giving title shots.
