Yeah, not happening, Ali would kill either one of them in his prime.

Ali had no problems dealing with the taller fighters at all, Ernie Terrell was 6'6 with an 82 inch reach, MUCH longer than the Klitschkos, and Ali embarrassed him, punishing him slowly.

Prime Ali would box their ears off from the outside, and they wouldn't be able to touch him.

 

My point is that some people become so immersed in their idol worship that they lose perspective and the ability to think rationally. Slappy Joe is such a joke that his fanboys illustrate this best.

It has less to do with the fighter than the person obsessing over them. Mayweather and Pac are both good fighters, but they have posters who are complete dolts.

I'd say a prime Vitali has a better chance facing Ali than Vladimir. Vladimir's chin is suspect and Ali would surely close the distance with his speed and Wlad would probably get KOed in the mid rounds. Vitali on the other hand would most likely last the distance or receive a late TKO since he gets tired in the late rounds. Ali might also win on cuts since Vitali is prone to that and Ali was known to win his early fights on cuts (Billy Daniels,Henry Cooper,Karl Mildenberger)

 

Ali nuthugging is the only permissible nuthugging it seems.
