In this sport, especially heavies, if you move the wrong way you can throw your arm out of its socket. **** happens. The question is how bad was the injury? Could Vitali have fought one-armed to a decision? We don't know.

 

I wanna say now so the Klitschko nuthuggers don't eat me alive. I like Wlad. He may be boring but he is doing what he can in a crappy division...dominating fighters. He's gonna be near 10 title defenses soon. I admire how he came back from the Sanders demolishing. When he fights Peter you can bet I will root for him.

People need to get real thought. Even some of the older ATG from the past would beat him. This is why Klitschko fans are a joke.

seriously, i'm a huge wlad fan and it's nice to hear some objective posts on both sides of the topic.

 

Actually we do know, because VITLAY himself proved it - he couldn't fight one-armed to a decision, because he was getting stalked and tagged by Byrd in that last round....he didn't like it much so he chose to quit, to give up, to wave the white flag.

A more poignant question would be "what other HW champs would have done the same in those circumstances"?
