Tyson was really never a one punch knockout artist early in his career, his combination of punches is what usually did the job.

I think there about even in one punch power, or Wlad by a little bit and thats just being honest.

Sorry, I don't think can cope with Wlad's power. He can take a shot, but he will be felled by several big shots--were not fighting Pinklin Thomas nor scared Bonecrusher here.

this is exactly what i was talking about at the beginning of the thread, you watch wlad and you think what a classy guy, great skills, but then you see guys like mindspring and want to hate wlad.

He was able to deal with a fighter with equal or more power when he fought Ruddick twice in 91, he hit mike with his signature punch "the smash" and Tyson was able to take it well.

You ****ing moron. Mike Tyson won the title in November '86 at age 20 and lost it in February of 1990. Did the aging process stop for him? He was 23 when he lost to Douglas.

3+ years of being the undisputed champion with no real challengers out there kind of takes the excitement out of things wouldn't u think? By the time Tyson fought Douglas he was bored and run down from his personal life. Wladimir is not the undisputed champ and with his chin there is always the chance that he can get KO'd. Tyson had no such worries cuz his chin was solid.
