I hate when people assume things are a foregone conclusion. I do realize all of Wlad's previous opponents made assumptions and found out in the real fight that it was harder than it seemed. I'll make my conclusions based on how Eddie does in the ring. He showed much promise and improvement against Dimitrenko. I realize Dimitrenko and Wlad are world's apart ability-wise but something good was there.

Klitschko fans hate it when Klitschko haters assume any heavy handed heavyweight will made Wlad fold/"shatter his china chin"/panic. He has proven time and time again that he has answers for those notions. Doesn't make it right to completely discredit his opponents as being a notch in the belt before the fight happens. Wait until the fight happens, then base what you see from the outcome. Maybe you'll be surprised.

I don't know if I'd call Chambers style 'robotic' but it certainly isn't the most spectator friendly. Chambers has lightning quick hands and reflexes with extensive amateur background. Wlad basically is a 1-2 puncher. Vitali is, IMO, much more difficult to train for than Wlad but not necessarily more difficult to beat... if that makes any sense.

Wrong, that wasn't a prime Wladimir. He's in his prime right now.

Offensive prime? Yes he was. His offensive output and power was much better in 02 than in 2010. After the Brewster fight, Wlad was never the same offensively.

Wlad is much better offensivly and defensivly.

Because he could eaiser be hit in 2002 had nothing to do with good offensive style.

Look the way he fights Austin and he puts Chagaev in round 2 on the canvas.

Wlad has much faster hands than in 2002.

Wlad is in his prime now.

I think stats would prove you wrong. His offensive output by punch stat numbers show he threw more, landed more, and threw more power punchers in his first 7 years as pro, than he has the last 7 years. Wlad is more cautious now because of his weak chin, so he rarely lets his hands go like he used to.

    No. Hindsight vs foresight.

There is a thing out there called gambling. It works like the stock market==you put your money up and select which way you think the stock is going to go in the near future and what price to buy in at and what price to sell at. Simple.

Regarding boxing, you have to do it before the fight starts and you use your judgements and make your selection. Also simple & the beauty of boxing is there are means to do it w/o being taxed.

Ali couldn't have hit Butterbean with a jab that night.
He was through, after his loss to "Blacula"- Leon Spinks- you could see it.
Even though he beat "Blacula" in the rematch, he was a shell of his former self.
    He should have retired then.
Holmes wanted no part of destroying his former hero.

Murray is tool and looked completely helpless in the corner. Chambers should look for a new trainer and start from scratch.
