You forget, Wlad works with Steward and improves a lot since than.

Wlad was on the canvas against Peter, this is true, in round 5 from rabbit punches, but did he lost? No.

And Wlad improves with Emanuel Steward and Wlad can handle pressure.

This panic **** is bul**** nothing else.

Against Sanders Wlad was wide open when he throws the left hook, Sanders stood at the dope and than he countered Wlads left hook with a straight and very hard right hand. Because Wlad did not proteced himself, with his german trainer, Wlad had no defence. Look at Dimitrenko what happend to him. No balance, no defence not know how to uze his size and so on.

Wlad was in panic mode a good bit of the time during that fight, everytime Peter got close to him he looked scared to death. He also clinched excessively, 97 times by my count. Peter was aggressive and Wlad found himself out of sync early on.

Watch the 10th round again, Wlad was hurt badly by Peter. No rabbit punch, just pressure that made Wlad fold. Lucky for Wlad their was only seconds left in the round. Wlad looked ready to implode and melt like a ice cream cone in the hot july sun.

I watched this fight several times.

Wlad never was in panic mode. This was a very hard fight for Wlad but he won. He shows he can fight. He was on the canvas, but never quit and fights. One of the best wins of his career.:good I t was a very difficult situation fro him and Wlad is a human, not super man.

And since than he improves a lot.

You can step into the ring with Wlad, i would like so see your panic mode :hi:

As did I. Wlad did panic in that fight. Like he did against Brewster and Sanders a few years beforehand. Everytime Wlad faces an aggressive fighter with some pop, his ass ends up on the canvas. Even against TOS he looked like ****, and wound up hitting the canvas.

Like I said in a earlier post. Wlad's great when his oppenent puts up very little resistence, and is content on letting Wlad control the fight from a distance. Wlad is human, but it's clear to anyone that has watched him as long as I have. He's more of a boxer than he is a fighter.:good

I watched Wlad since 1996 (some Amateur fights in 1995) and it is true that he is more a boxer.

But it is not true, that Wlad is not a tough fighter. Some bad things happens to him, but he get over it and now we see the great Champion he is.

Never quit in a fight. Against Lamon Brewster he was tired after round 2 (i would not like to talk about this fight), but he stood up from his stool and fight! Wlad takes an standing count, the Ref. ask him, if he wants to continue, and Wlad continues fighting althoug he was dead tired. This shows his great heart.

You can go down, but you if you get up, you have the heart of a Champion.

Wlad can handle pressure. I have no doubt about it.

You fire the uppercut if the other guy is coming into you, not you to him. Wlad is simply waiting...but he prefers to avoid contact at all, so I doubt he'll counter with an uppercut. It has nothing to do coming to Chambers though.

Chamber's is completely right. I hope he sparks this chump to save David Haye the hassel of knocking out both of these barbies

He was not dead tried after round 2, he was dead tired after round 5. The punch stat numbers will prove me right. He continued pounding Brewster for another couple rounds before he fell apart. Watch round 3, Wlad gets caught with stiff jab from Brewster and his legs buckled from under him. Even Jones commented on how weak Wlad's chin was that night.

Give me one example of Wlad handling pressure without hitting the canvas several times, being TKO'd, or having one of his famous panic attacks?

You bring up a great point. Vitali is clearly the tougher of the two, that much we know by now. He didn't have to clinch excessively, hit the canvas several times, or panic against Peter like Wlad did in his victory. He also was able to take Sanders best punch without melting to the canvas.

It's as simple as this. Wlad's the better boxer, Vitali's the better fighter.

Just playing with you CHEF. So let me ask you. Do you see Wlad fighting Povetkin later this year or the winner of Peter/Aguilera?
