It's easy to train for him, because you know what he's gonna do," Murray said.

Let's revist this quote one week from tonite and see how effective that spot-on training was.

    LOL

Wlad will take him out, regardless of if Chambers knows whats coming, or not. Its one thing to know how your opponent will fight, its another thing, entirely, to be able to do anything about it.

This statement will make Chambers and his team seem all the more bufoonish, cause they even stated, ahead of time, that they KNEW what to prepare for...............and damn if Chambers didn't STILL get hammered by it.

    That's it in a nutshell.

The best laid plans go out the window once they start getting hit by all those hard shots they knew were coming, and yet can't seem to do anything about.

(Chambers to his cornermen after two rounds)

Yeah, he's fighting just like we thought, just like he did on all the tapes, but damn if I can do anything about it. I am getting beaten to a pulp in there!

Pirog, Bute, Korobov, Dzinziruk for exmple are all Eastern European and all have completely different styles. People who attribute a "robotic" style to Eastern Europeans don't know what they're talking about.

Alot of these people are the same ones who i see label Kessler, from Denmark, as having a typical East Euro style. Their stupidity not suprising.

If there is any such thing as a style i would say that it is an emphasis on fundamentals and all around technical abilities. Trying to be as complete of a fighter as possible. Alot of Americans only respect how good your trash talking and posing with mean faces for photo shoots is.

I think he'd have a difficult time at CW getting a belt. There is a pretty deep talent pool there.

Your opinion that Chambers is as tough as Chagaev will be proven wrong.

And how will he do this?

Chambers is a very good fighter but not much powerful and Chambers has slow feet.

Wlad instead has great footwork and he is fast.

Chambers is not a pressure fighter. He countered Dimitrenko because he did not use his size and let Chambers counter him.

Wlad is a different fighter than Dimitrenko and Wlad has Emanuel Steward in his corner.

I kind of feel bad for Chambers. I like him as a person and as a boxer, just like Wlad. But Wlad is going to beat Chambers with ease. I think Chambers will find out "fast" that he's not big enough and powerful enough to beat Wlad. Most boxers have a plan when they fight Wlad, but as soon as they get hit by that excellent, stiff jab their plans go away. Chambers will find out the hard way.

I agree.:good Some people don't realize that both Wlad and Vitali have PhD's. They're obviously smart in the ring too. I guess Chambers thinks that Wlad will just let him come in and hit him. Definitely not. Wlad will keep the distance with that awesome jab and brutal right hand.

Muhammad Ali barley passed high school, yet he was one of the smartest boxers in the ring. I don't know how the fight will turn out, but Chambers is very good at slipping the jab and getting within range. You saw against Dimitrenko Chambers cutting the ring, getting within range, constantly fighting on the inside. You'll see footwork from Chambers, you'll see Chambers use angles against W.Klitschko. It's not just getting past Wladimir jab, it's about beating him up.

It's going to be a good fight, I can't wait.

All you say is right but

Wlad is not Dimitrenko. Althoug i like Eddie Chambers and the way he beats Dimitrenko. But this strategy will not work against Wlad because Wlad has fast footwork, he uses his size and so on.

Dimitrenko did all things wrong and Chambers do all right in this bout.

But Chambers deserves his shot, not with talking like David Haye, with fighting the Top Contender Dimitrenko in an Eliminator and wins in germany! :thumbsup
