To address some of your quotes though it took Manny 4 years and 2 losses to agree/take drug testing. You can argue the point but Mosley, Marquez, Bradley have all confirmed that Pacquiao never agree to drug testing til 13" at the earliest.

The Pac your next quote happened during a press conference for May-Ortiz in Sept 11" after beating Ortiz Mayweather started calling Pacquiao out before Pac-JMM III in Nov 11" up intil May-Cotto was signed in Feb 12, the only reason May-Cotto happened was because Arum didn't know who to call.

And your last point about money Pacquiao has had 50/50 splits and turned it down, has said he'll take less only to say 50/50 or no fight 3 weeke later, has said he'd fight for free but 40 mil isn't enough if anything Mayweather has called Pacquiao's bluff about money multiple times only for Pacquiao or his team atleast to backtrack.

People also forget that when all this nonsense started; all these demands and excuses, Pacquiao was the P4P number 1 and had been for quite some time.

Pacquiao hasn't had a legit claim at being P4P #1 since Mayweather beat Mosley and Pacquiao fought Clottey/Margarito at the earliest or since Mayweather-Ortiz and Pacquiao-Marquez III at the latest.

Drug testing isn't all that new a Judah-Mosely fight fell out because Judah wanted Olympic style drug testing specifically. Tyson asked Holyfield to undergo extra steroid testing before their fight. On a deeper note though as a fan I personally don't care why it was asked for in the biggest fight in year's a fight that is expected to smash all PPV records both fighters undergoing testing and showing you can become the best as a clean athlete would be nothing but a bright mark for the sport and Pacquiao would have been praised for it win or lose I can't name one thing negative that would come from it unless he failed.

Your talking about compromise when the fight was first announced and they negotiated Mayweather bowed down to everything Pacquiao asked for even drug testing to an extent with the two week cut off, two weeks is alot compared to the month that Pacquiao's camp claimed they needed. Again though Pacquiao's trainer is on record saying "test us all you want long as it's 50/50". As soon as 50/50 was agreed to testing became a problem and that's when the talk of Pacquiao is on roids started. Not to mention you have Pacquiao's promoter saying 14 day cut off was never offered when he signed Pacquiao-Clottey, then after getting caught lying said they still didn't want the fight.

From an economic's stand point Mayweather has really been entitled to ask for more since he made as much money and damn near sold as many PPV's in May-Mosley than Pacquiao did vs Clottey/Margarito that same year (40+mil&1.4 PPV for 1 fight> maybe40mil& 1.8PPV being generous for 2 fights). After Pacquiao unofficially lost the Marquez III fight while the fight still had some relevance Mayweather was calling Pacquiao out everywhere, Pac went on record saying he'd take less in Jan 12" in Feb 12" a few weeks later he said 50/50 or no fight.In 14" after arguably going 2-3 the past few years and being KO'd & imo losing 3 straight at one point I'm pretty sure he'll do anything now.

At this point Mayweather is being a diva and making things hard but that fight doesn't really matter at this point. Also the court thing is ***** to me in a job where you can literally beat someone to near death for talking trash about you, you choose to sue becuase you don't like what they were saying some warrior there. You realized Pacquiao turned down testing request from three fighters not named Mayweather while that suit was going on yet somehow him not testing proves he was clean and Mayweather was just getting out of jail when the lawsuit was ended why keep an unnecessary legal case over your head when you've just gotten out of jail couple hundred thousand for peace of mind.
