Klitschko-Haye will be Holmes-Cooney 2

On June 21st were all gonna' hear "Yeah who has Wlad beat? An over blown cruiserweight who's biggest win in HW division was over Valuev's punching bag Monte Barret"

 

I have thought the same thing. A quote from that fight by the great Larry Merchant:

"What we saw tonight was an incomplete fighter (Cooney) get beat by a complete fighter (Holmes)"

I just think Haye is an incomplete fighter. Wlad has over twice as many fights as he does and against better competition.

 

Yep, on June 21st we'll hear that too. Who has Wlad beat? A bunch of over the hill fighters and a blown up cruiserweight who's INCOMPLETE as a Heavyweight fighter

 

Pretty good thread. I will give Haye props for signing the contract b/c I definitely think Wlad will win by a brutal KO. I think Haye's speed and aggressiveness will give Wlad some problems but I think Wlad is too big, strong, and experienced for Haye.

Wlad could beat the zombified Sonny Liston and still get ****. We know he's good, that is all that matters.

Size doesn't mean anything in this fight.

 

I think it's a pretty good comparison. Truthfully, Cooney had actually accomplished more at HW than Haye has!!

Wlad is gonna shatter Haye's china chin early.....very early.

 

Cooney lasted until the 13th, Haye won't see the 5th

I know Wlad does not have a good Chin but it is way better than Haye's.
