No, I'm a Wladimir-hater. And seeing as how you, and your fellow Wladimir nut-hugging ***** Ruskull are mistakingly assuming that this is a homosexual thread, and are indeed posting in here, I guess it's safe to say that the two of you use the boards of ESBoxing as nothing more than an anonymous environment to pick up other men! :good

You've never seen me before, but I'm assuming what you've just described is your ideal love-match! :good

Let me just say this and be done with this thread, which has gone to a very weird place.

If you think Lamon is going to make short work of Klitschko, that he has his number, that Wlad can't beat him, than IF Wlad beats him you should give Wlad his props for it.

I thought that Tarver was going to be too big and too strong for Hopkins, a pick that makes me look foolish in hindsight, but I gave Hopkins all the credit in the world for destroying Tarver.

It doesn't make sense to say that Klitschko will be beaten easily by Brewster and then not give Klitschko any credit if he wins. If Brewster possesses that big and grave and dangerous of a threat as you say he does, than give Klitschko his props for winning it.

Then again, you guys seriously just ****ing yell at each other and don't bother to back up your claims with any sort of logic or evidence. This whole forum is filled with imbeciles who love this fighter or hate that fighter and it's mind numbingly stupid. I'm lucky that there are a few people here that still prefer, you know, NOT acting like a ******ed gorilla.

I don't think Brewster will beat Wladimir easily, if you assume this from the thread title, I pretty much put that down to get a rise out of Klit-huggers, and I was semi-successful apparently. Only thing Wladimir has over Brewster is size. Brewster has already proven he can absorb Wlad's punishment, he's powerful enough to stop him, and fast enough to catch him.

You said it Zakman- a puncher's chance. But no puncher's chance is remote against Wladdy. One good hook and Wladdy is rambling on about vaseline, blood sugar and poison again.

Exactly right. Brew may have taken a year and a half off, but he is one fight out of a reighn that was quite a ray of light in a dark era. He's got a detached retina- lots of fighters have come back from this particular injury. Brew never did really improve, but he fights with lot of confidence and courage. And he ahs the Wlad Kilt antidote- power.

So yes, if Klit pulls this out, I give him all the credit in the world. And if its a good fight in which wladdy hits the deck and manages to get up and win, then lets see a rubber match.

Yes, but the rematch between Klitschko and Brewster hasn't even happened, so what are you talking about? And that's only one way of looking at it, Vernon Forrest is a perfect example.. he BETTERED Mosley twice, then got spanked by Mayorga, and hasn't beaten a high-level fighter since.

The fact that Vlad handled Peter while getting up from the deck to do it, and the fact that he has Manny Steward as his trainer (who he actually listens to unlike the immature Jermaine Taylor) should carry the day for him. I look for Brewster to come out winging wild left hooks, but expect Vlad and Manny to have trained for that. Vlad will be holding the right high and stinging Brewster with the left jab and clinching when he gets close. Vlad has had some impressive wins recently over Peter, Byrd, and Brock, and he should be far superior to Brewster in both physical and mental terms this time around. I'll be surprised if Brewster is able to land a single meaningful punch before being stopped in eight.

Absolutely, a true rivalry of close fights is the exact sort of thing the HW division needs right now.
