    There´s nothing gay about Oktoberfist/Oktoberfest....

I don´t know anything LESS gay than a big boxing/beer drinking event ???

Boxing/Drinking beer is gay, and internet and jolt cola is macho ???

Thats excactly how I see it:good

Dont blame Vitaly for the easy mcline (who will get KO'ed). Its a logical opponent.

I personally want to see Wlad vs. Vitaly within the next two years - that would be freakin awesome!!!

I believe this to be the board's resident Klit-hater. Kind of the king of the lot, if you will.

foreman on a comeback was a fad (at the time only a bit ofearning money) holyfield is old old old and hasnt had a break long enough to lick the wounds vitali is fighting a decent top 20 fighter wats wrong with that he has to start somwhere.

And he wanted to fight the champ, but Peter's crew blocked him.

Geez, some people criticized Brewster for fighting Wlad right away, and he was out, what, like 1/3 time that Vitali was out? Give me a break...Vitali wanted to fight for the title, as WBC Champion Emeritus, and they wouldn't let him.

And they shouldn't let him. This Champion Emeritus is absolutely, totally ****ing ludicrous.

BUT... I don't see much wrong with this fight. Vitlay will win. But McCline should give him a reasonable workout against a reasonable, (top 15 - 30) kind of guy.

Tell the WBC it's ludicrous, it's their thing. And they just gave one to PBF.

McCline is a reasonable fight. He's big, he has power, he's top 20. Vitali would have fought anyone, it just worked out that McCline could make the date and agreed to the terms.

That's what I love about guys like Holyfield and Vitali -- they'll fight anyone and duck no one. Same with Mercer or a Lamon Brewster. Just make the date and they'll show up ready to fight.

Is that why Vitali has had 2 fights against guys that are reasonably rated in the Top 10?

    I said McCline was a reasonable fight didn't I???

And the WBC is bull****. Just like this interim champ crap they keep coming up with.

On this whole supposed "Champion Emeritus" crap, they really didn't think it through did they? Supposedly you came come back and demand a title fight whenever you like?

So, Lewis, or Vitlay if he keeps it, can come back at 50 and demand a shot??

Or, if Vitlay loses this fight, or a title fight, is he still Champion Emeritus, or does he lose it? Does McCline pick up that title if he beats Vitlay???? Or Maskaev/Peter if it ever gets that far????
