Little to no interest in seeing Tarver fight anyone these days. Him and banks should both retire.

The Magic Man actually beat not just a major contender but Klitschko's boss. In comparison what exactly did Klitschko's likely opponent Shannon Briggs do apart throw a shoe. They'll be none of this Rocky 3 shenanigans allowed to 'earn' a shot at the champ. Do it right, beat the main man, the boss.

A trainer is not a boss. Banks works for Klitschko, not the other way around.

It seems as though they are looking to try and avoid Tyson Fury. Wlad and his fans are like 'oh me trainer was sparked out so I have to fight that old to.sser'.

Lookin around. I dont see no Britt.ards around here. Dino is a World class poster.

Listen Tyson Fury is the best Heavyweight contender since Sam Peter and Samuel almost beat Klitschko 10 years ago. But now Klitschko is 10 years older and fighting someone his own size not a 6'1 Heavyweight. Fury would give Peter the same treatment Chisora got. Those looping Peter shots havent a chance to land on Fury it would the same result that just happend to Chisora, a schooling.

So you give Fury a "theoretical win" over Peter (who, like Chisora, never beat a top level HW in his career) and that makes him the best contender in 10 years? :patsch

About Klitschko "fighting someone his own size".....shut it until Fury does it, once

Wladimir Klitschko vs. Bryant Jennings a no-go?

It was assumed by many, that Wladimir Klitschko vs. Bryant Jennings was a solid go for April 25, 2015, at the Barclays Center in New York.

Alas this happens to be far from fact. According to Berndt Boente, Wladimir’s manager, their negotiations with team Jennings have hit a wall, and team Kliltschko is still looking for an opponent.

“At this moment we are far from an agreement. Bryant Jennings was our top choice. Was. At this time, our negotiations have stalled. An opponent can be anyone who is available for that date and who will be approved by our partners HBO in USA, and RTL in Germany,” said Boente.

Aside from Jennings, there are only a couple other names that could potentially fit the bill: Shannon Briggs, or the winner of Stiverne vs. Wilder. Despite Jennings being a very formidable opponent, and Briggs trying to get that fight in ways unimaginable, I believe that despite the lack of his experience it is Deontay Wilder who would pose the most interest in a fight against Wladimir Klitschko.

“We want to figure our opponent out in the next two weeks, and hope to keep the date and the venue. If it doesn’t work out, it is possible that we will move the fight to Europe, or postpone it to a later date,” concluded Boente.
