:good A pity the other divisions aren't able to follow the Heavyweight divisions lead and have the best vs the best on a constant basis.
2014 was good year for heavyweights. And so far 2015 is shaping up nicely as well. Already ordered or scheduled with dates to be determined for some are: Wlad vs Jennings Wilder vs Stiverne Povetkin vs Perez Fury vs TBA
HBO must have told Jennings that if he ducked they would not show his next fight(s). Fury should fight Briggs next. It makes all the sense in the world for both guys. HBO would probably even show it, knowing the winner would be next up for Wlad.
^ I posted same thing few weeks back I think Fury Vs Briggs makes sense. Also I forgot to post Cunningham vs Glazkov in previous post.
I'd like to see a Fury v Jennings. I'm a believer in both of their skill levels. Jennings, to me at least, is a more talented and polished boxer than Wilder at this point, as far as American boxers go.
Good points. It would be an absolute shame if he fights Briggs, period. Just a borderline disgraceful fight to take at this point. Let's hope that after Jennings, there is no more talk of Briggs vs. Wlad at all. Briggs should go and fight a legit top 10 opponent in the mean time while Wlad handles Bryant.
Can't believe posters are giving Jennings a chance! This guy couldn't put away a lazy out of shape mentally unstable Mike Perez....really think he can challenge Wlad??
Jennings freakishly long arms should allow him to be able to reach wlad when most of his smaller opponents could not. That being said Jennings was unable to catch perez at range and was forced to take the fight inside, I feel the same may happen in this fight and we know wlad neutralizes all inside work. If Jennings cant find ways to touch him at range it should be a short night
