I am rooting for Klitschko. The guy is hard not to like. He is intelligent, hits hard, and fights the best.

I'm rooting for Thompson, Wlad matches have been lackluster as of late, and he has also showed the lack of killer instinct we crave in such a poor division, when he had Iggy very hurt with one of the few rights he threw in the fight, he refused to follow up and let Sultan off the hook, in one of the worst Heavyweight championship fights ever fought.

Wlad is amazing physically, but mentally he showed alot of weakness, excessive holding, panicking, being floored multiple times in fights, and generally falling apart under the pressure or when the chips are down, he's not a fighter I would want my kid looking up to. He also has a boring personality that makes it hard to get hyped up for his fights, which might be part of the reason he's not a house hold name in the states, and why his brother Vitali has been on PPV, and Wlad hasnt.

If it happened in round 1 or 2 I wouldn't have complained. But he fought like a ***** for 6 rounds and then landed one punch and it's over. I don't watch boxing to see a big punch esp if it takes 7 rounds to land.

    Nuthuggers

The Brock fight was boring as hell, no action until Wlad landed one huge hook in the 7th round, up to that point it was a jab and grab fest, overall the fight was less than enertaining.

Granted the last fight against Ibragimov was boring, but it takes two to tango. Klitschko won the fight big. Ibragimov was content to lose every round doing nothing. Don't forget that Ali, Holmes, and even Louis all fought in their share of stinkers too.

However including his three knockout losses, his fights end in a knockout almost 90% of the time. Last time I checked that was the name of the game especially in the heavyweight division.

All HW fights are boring fellas...it's the new staple of the division.

Last exciting fight was what...Liakhovic and Brewster? One round of Peter/McCline?

As per the original topic? I want Klitschko to win clean and easy. One more step towards a final showdown with Peter IMO.

The Brock fight was entertaining, unless you were Brock or one of his fans anyway. :D

I get a kick out of it when someone judges Wlad's entire career over the last fight, which he won, anyway. Forget how Austin, Brock, Byrd, etc, were all destroyed.........according to a few on this site, his entire career is judged on the Ibrag fight.

    LOL

I want Wlad to win mainly because if Tony Thompson were to win things in the HW division would get even more confusing as far as stablity is concerned and who is the rightful champ of the division.
