Fair enough. Peter may have potential to be a much more devastating puncher, but as he is, with his delivery, he is far from what he was hyped as being.

And Corrie Sanders had the power to KO even the hardest of chins, given the right clean shot. I think anyone will agree wiht that. Against, Brewster, Wlad punched himself out, and Brewster was lucky enough to be the one to endure the beating long enough to push him over. He was so exhausted, any shot would have helped him lie down, at that point.

The only top fighter Corrie ever knocked out was Wlad, who has a weak chin, so if were going to question who Peter knocked out in career, shouldnt we question wether or not Sanders ever knocked out a guy with a good chin before?

Vitali is 36, but will be 37 in July, so he will be 37 when he beats PEter like a rented mule................cold and coming off of three surgeries..

Vitali's confidence must be very strong, still, cause he will take Peter on, without any tuneups, and after an almost four year layoff at which time he's been on three surgery tables?

Vitali is either supremely confident in himself, or thinks very little of Peter, or both.

I see another Danny Williams style beating that absolutley ruins Peter's clout in the division as a top fighter. Vitali will RUIN Peter's badass/KO machine aura in about 6 rounds.

Let's compare a common opponent, shall we?

Look at what Wlad did to McCline, and then compare that to what Peter did to McCline. ( or make that, what McCline did to Peter)

Wlad dropped McCline with one right hand............THUD. Then knocked him down, again, and McCline eventually quit.............Peter never took McCLine off his feet, but rather, was bounced around the canvas, repeatedly, himself.

Peter's power is not what it was once thought to be, no. It is good power, and above average, I woudl say, but Peter is no where near the powerhouse KO machine he was once made out to be. And he proves that in virtually every heavyweight fight he's been in on the top level.

Wladimir Klitschko, has power that proves itself in almost every fight he's in. The opponents are either KOed, or TKO'd one after another........ The Ibragimov fight being the rare exception.

Peters power is there, but his delivery isnt. The man has extremely heavy hands, but at times finds himself getting over excitied once he has his man hurt and tries landing anything, instead of setting him up for that big bomb. Dont worry Heavy, Peter's only 27 and has a long way to go, we all remember what was happening to Wlad at that age, lol.

I think a better common opponent is Shufford. Peter couldnt knock him out and Klitschko knocked him around the ring and out...:!: :dead

I think they have a contract stating an october date, but Peter's camp is pushing for a september change, which I think would be good for Vitali as well.
