SO FAR WLAD HAS NOT EVEN AGREED TO HAVING TWO AGENCIES.
Much Less three. He just wants one.

Will you agree at least TWO is required?

Why do you keep mentioning the Promoters? No promoter has ANY control of the testing anywhere. None. I have not once posted anything about the German commission. They are irrelevant.

No I won't agree that two is required.:rofl

Only one is needed. And it isn't controlled by the promoter so K2 losing the purse bid has ZILCH to do with any drug testing. None. :patsch

One neutral testing agency is enough. There isn't a need for 3 ****ing testing agencies. Even Mayweather doesn't ask for that

And as I said before I am all for testing in Boxing. PED's just like Glass Jaws exist in Boxing. You got that?

Man you are one sick ****.. If Fighter A says YES to 3 testing agencies. Fighter B says NO and only want to use the one he normally use.

    Which fighter is suspect?

Wladimir refuses to be tested by the russian agency! Wich normally is the common standard! The agency of the country in wich the fights takes place makes the testing!!! Yet Wladimir demands to be tested by the germany agency although the fight takes place in russia!
Then Hrunov made an offer to Wladimir that 3 agencies can make the testing! I dont see a reason why Wladimir should not agree to this offer! Do you know a reason?

It has!!! If K2 would have won the purse bid K2 could choose in wich country the fight takes place and so they could select the agency wich makes the testing! Because again! It is common that the agency of the country in wich the fight takes place makes the drug testing! So yes indirect the promoter can choose the agency by choosing the country.

I am well aware of that. That has nothing to do with the Promoter. You might want to let dinovelvet know this.

I have NEVER said Germany should be involved in the testing. Ever. So please do not post that.

Again, Hrunov isn't in a position to dictate any testing.

    Nothing new..

Back in 2010 wlad refused wada testing and acted like it was povetkin who didnt want the fight..

    By Andrey Krikunov

The negotiations between IBF/WBO/IBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko and official IBF title contender Alexander Povetkin are going to be interesting because the manager of the Russian boxer, Wladimir Hryunov, has already made a statement about both fighters having to go through doping tests before the bout.

“The meeting between the managing director of the promotional company Sauerland Event Chris Meyer and the adviser of the Klitschko brothers Shelly Finkel was scheduled for the last week. But the negotiations didn’t take place”, - told Hryunov to Gazeta.Ru.

“The reasons of disagreement in the organization of the bout for the most part lies in the technical side of things. The thing is, Povetkin signed a declaration, which binds him to pass doping tests according to the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) rules. We insist that team Klitschko also keep to the terms of this declaration. And for the moment this is the main question”.

Earlier Klitschko’s manager Berndt Boente has declared that Wladimir is ready to meet Povetkin “after the summer break”, but overall was rather skeptical. “I think that Sauerland don’t want Povetkin to fight Klitschko now," - he said to Sportbox.ru. – “Apparently they understand that their boxer doesn’t stand a chance in this bout and are looking for a way to gain more time and give him an opportunity to prepare better”.

See how beonte finds a way out , like they are doing 3 years later..

3 agencies are not needed. It doesn't make anyone suspect. If anything the person requiring/requesting 3 agencies is suspect. Pick one agency be it Russia or someone neutral and use it. This will get resolved I am pretty sure of that.

So we see the promoter has some power to indirect choose the agency by choosing the country!
The fight takes place in russia so it is normal that the russian drug agency makes the testing! Yet Wladimir does not want this and wants the german agency making the test:patsch
And so is K2!!!!! Why is Wladimir demanding that the GERMAN agency makes the testing in RUSSIA! It sounds stuipid thats all! And again there should not be a problem for Wladimir to be tested by three agencies. Wich is a fair solution to this problem. Or maybe ove one agency from USA.

Erm. I've think we've firmly established that it is in fact you who doesn't understand this. I'm guessing already that your posts below does not contain one single link to any evidence that either camp is insisting on additional testing . . .

Again, where are you getting it from that anyone is asking for the random testing? WADA is a body that coordinates the national doping bodies around the world. It oversees each nation's anti-doping agency, who in turn over see the sports drugs testing within that country.

You seem to be under the impression that WADA actually conducts random drugs testing, which only serves to highlight your ignorance.

    'A Klitschko issue' :rofl

It was Wlad who said that he'll walk away if RUSADA handle the testing. I've talked about that in the thread and said that he's within his rights to make an issue of it, and a neutral testing is fair enough. Now you're complaining that I'm talking about Wlad in this thread. Laughable.

There's no way you're actually an adult with a fully functioning brain and motor skills. No way. You can't serious sit there and call someone a troll when the majority of what you do is go from thread to thread reposting the same boring, unfunny troll attempts about Britain and David Haye where it isn't even relevant. You are a man with a strange obsession with Wladimir Klitschko. I don't know what fuels it, whether you've got Daddy issues, it's sexual, I dunno. But it's laughable, whatever the cause.

    You're a clown Rico.
