Klitschko-Povetkin October 5th. Biggest HW fight in a decade.

I hope it happens but I just don't see it. Not the first time we heard it was a done deal. I still see WLad pulling out of this fight but he is trying to be slick about it since he came off looking bad claim drug testing was a problem.My guess is Wlad pulls out claiming injury and then claim he is forced to fight another tomato can because no one will fight him.

 

Really? The biggest fight in the decade? And it features sloppy, chubby wale Aleksander Povetkin?

I think that alone shows the condition of the Heavyweight division.

Erm no, it's a good fight no doubt at least for this current division but it isn't the biggest heavyweight fight in a decade. Povetkin doesn't have a hope in hell and the crazy bid from Hyrunov has distorted the importance of this fight.

The fight he had with Haye was bigger, Haye had talked himself into a title shot and even convinced some people he had a chance. According to reports they earned 15 million sterling each for their fight which is almost double the already inflated bid for Wlad/Povetkin.

Been waiting for this fight for a long time. Finally another heavyweight fight to look forward to.

 

This cant be true, over the last few months and maybe yrs, Derrick has convinced me that Wladimir is scared of Povetkin and is going to duck him at all costs. I need a drink.

I might as well start getting ready for the new threads and posts from Derrick, about how Wlad is ducking Fury, Price, Solis, Scott, etc, etc... But obviously not Pulev because we all know how Derrick feels about this "overrated bum"

 

Are you aware how big Russia is and how many of its people are going to be backing Povektin? Live gate sales in the gigantic stadium alone is apparently going to recoup the cost of the purse bids......If Pianeta was able to get through with sloppy hooks , only a clown would say a counter puncher with a very decent and fast left hook has no chance.

Like I said this fight ain't happening. If you really think Wlad is going to go to Russia and not have control of who the ref will be you nuts. This fight was over the second K-2 lost the bid. Wlad will not be able to control things outside of the ring. ANd if you think Povetkin going to choose a ref that is going to let Wlad hold all night you also nuts. Povetkin will eat Wlad alive on the inside if WLad can't hold. But Wlad will still hold he can't help it. He will lose points. I really wish this fight would happen . But I just don't see it. Wlad noticed fans were pissed about him trying to use drug test as an excuse not to fight Povetkin so he backed off that. Don't get your hopes up because Wlad is going to find a way out. People forget Wlad has been feasting on bums for years now. Povetkin has a chance of winning this fight. And now even more since he can choose a ref friendly towards him. Povetkin should offer Jay Nady lots of money to travel over and ref this fight. I hope I'm wrong I want to see this fight since K-2 is not in control.

 

Yeah Bönte is good at promoting Wlad fighting trash can like Mormeck and Wach

 

Povetkin will be in the shape of his life for this fight,you can bet on it.
