I also doubt Kohl will allow Chag to fight Wlad (meaning, allow Chag to donate his belt to the cause) LOL But at least Klit's people have made the effort to at least get Kohl to consider it. And if Kohl listened, at least he did that much. Who knows? For all we know, maybe Kohl is eager to put Chag in there with Wlad, and maybe he's confident that Chag would then bring home two more titles to add to his................but somehow, I strongly doubt Kohl has that kind of confidence in Chag's chances against Wlad. Even if three titles will be at stakem that's a chance I don't see Kohl taking. Do you all realize that if they were, to somehow, get Kohl and Chagaev to agree to fight the Wlad/IBrag winner, the winner of that fight would then hold, the WBA, the IBF, and the WBO. (or at least, the prestige of the WBO, cause as I understand it, the WBO can't be unified with the others, but not sure on that) But for intents and purposes, the winner would hold THREE of the four titles, with only ONE title left out there adrift, Maskaev's WBC. I guess to summarize: this Wlad Ibrag fight is a very, very good thing for boxing. But the next step, the winner fighting yet another titleholder would be a GREAT thing for boxing.
Sultan needs to commit to his punches and get full power into them to have a chance. His new founded hit and run style will likely not be effective against Vlad. One thing to consider is that Sultan is a southpaw with quick hand speed. Vlad had trouble seeing the straight left hand coming against Corrie Sanders, and was caught.
